Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • Domestic Shipping: All our INDIA.
  • International Shipping: Select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, inclement weather, or customs inspections for international orders.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • International Shipping: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website or through the link provided in the email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs, duties, and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any additional charges.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
  • Missing or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item or if part of your order is missing, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) for us to resolve the issue promptly.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but delivery times may vary depending on the location.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations in certain countries. If your order includes such items, we will notify you during the checkout process or through email.

Changes to Your Order

Once your order has been placed, changes cannot be made. However, you may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled as they may already be in process.
