Returns

Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your bedding items for a full refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Customised or personalised products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Opened or used mattresses, pillows, or other bedding products due to hygiene reasons

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@theskybedding.in . We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges

Process: To exchange an item, contact us at contact@theskybedding.in to get started. We will issue a return label for the original item and ship your replacement after the original product is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the product at no additional cost.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after the return is processed.
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or payment provider as it may take some time for the refund to post.
